PP Multifilament machine is unique design of BI to produce Multifilament yarn using Polypropylene.

Application : Much useful to make Heavy duty belts, Ropes etc.

	The screw and barrel are made from Nitroy alloy steel with Nitrogen treated and stress relieved.
	Double die head provide for two line of production.
	High performance Gear pump provide smooth and powerful drive, it ideals for producing extremely uniform yarn and consistent product quality.
	Helical gear box with inbuilt thrust bearing is used for higher efficiency.
	Auto tune PID temperature controller used for accurate control of temperature in extruder.
	Dozzing unit is provided for smooth and control feeding of Master batch.
	Air Quenching unit is provided to quench yarn.
	Take Off unit is designed with heavy duty Cam and High speed Friction roller provide higher production.
