Monofilament yarn m/c designed to produce high quality, uniform size monofilament yarn with superior technology and manufacturing process.

Application : Useful for Niwar, Ropes, Net, Fishing Net, Brushes etc.

	The screw and barrel are made from Nitroy alloy steel with dully nitrided.
	All water bath (Quench and Orientation) are made from Stainless Steel to prevent corrosion.
	PID Temperature controller used for accurate temperature measurement and control in Extruder.
	Helical Gear box is used for higher efficiency.
	Take off units are made from heavy duty structure and roller are Hard chrome for rust free operation.
	Choice is available for Motor drive (AC Frequency Drive or DC Drive or Dimmer controller).
	Different types of winder are provide depend on application & customer requirement.
